Mr. Drysdale has performed hundreds of business appraisals, as well as goodwill measurements, intangible asset valuations, intellectual property valuations, stock option valuations and litigation support services. These services are used in connection with financial statement reporting, employee stock ownership plans ("ESOPs"), succession planning, estate and gift taxes, mergers and acquisitions, and divorces.
